Great electric cooktop, It is so easy to clean, it far it does seem to scratch, but I am very careful with my pots sliding on there. Timer alarm is low in sound, but thats ok with me, it works. I like the notification on each burner that lets you know it is still hot. So easy to clean.

Works fast and well, cons the buttons are small and hard to push, and it lacks illumination. There shouldve been more thought in the user experience. It’s functional and does the job but is not user friendly, bought the display at a discount. Wouldnt pay full price.

The cooktop cooks well but it leaves fingerprints and is difficult to keep clean. It is not as user friendly as my older model.

I have had this cooktop for about a week and a half. I had Best Buy do the install, it was quick and easy. It fit in the same cut out as my old cooktop. I did read up on the operating instructions before the install so I could check it out when it was ready. First of all it looks beautiful on my counter. It cooks very evenly and I like that the burner adjusts up and down in order to keep your set temperature constant. Saves energy. One of the reasons I chose this cooktop was for the bridge system connecting two burners in order to use a griddle. This was very important to me. I am very happy with this cooktop and look forward to cooking many more meals with it.

I absolutely LOVE the new Thermador cook top! its very well desgined and it cooks everything to perfection!!! I highly recommend it....

Excellent form, fit, and finish. Easy to use, instant heat; was planning on getting an induction unit, but now that we have been using this, I actually prefer it - no limitation on cookware material (can still use aluminum and copper).

Use it for about a month now. So far everything is perfect, way better than my old Viking cooktop. Also the bestbuy installation service is very good, on schedule and did a splendid work.

I really wanted this cooktop but had to return it because my counters were not constructed for a cooktop and under mounted wall oven design, but instead a full stove/oven unit.

Very user friendly and easy to clean. The touch controls are easy to use with many temperature options, including mid temperature selection.

This cooktop replaced an outdated cooktop and I cannot believe how far the controls and electronics are on this item. I am so happy with the ease of use, cleaning and technology.

total junk, had 3 service calls in less than a year and bestbuy can't fix it, called the manufacturer and they said bestbuy sold me 2017 model in 2022 and it's out of warranty what a nightmare purchase is this
