The cooler is very affordable, and is very effective for the price. Prior to installing the Thermaltake cooler, the stock cooler that came with my computer would get very loud when playing games and would turn the pc into a space heater. After installing the cooler, I have noticed that the computer does not emit as much heat as before. I am very satisfied with my purchase, and would recommend this Thermaltake cooler for those in the market for a budget cpu cooler.

Difficult to install. Follow directions carefully! It is a very snug fit. Otherwise a nice fan that is quiet and efficient.

Terrible install experience. The instructions are very vague, so if you haven't installed a heatsink before (I hadn't), you will probably need to look up instructions online. The price is great, and the product works, but I would have bought a more expensive one that was easier to install had I know it would be so difficult. You have to put so much pressure on the clips to make it go down! I thought I was going to break something. I didn't--but it felt like I was going to.

It works well with my old AMD FX 4300 CPU, which has a 95W TDP. Easy to install on AMD motherboards, the "base" is already there, no need to remove the motherboard from the case. Biggest headache were those two fiddly clips that holdf the fan to the heat sink

Comes with a bag of thermal paste but I got a tube instead. Install this on a TG01-0023 HP computer. I did have to pry the factory cpu fan mount off the back so you have to remove the motherboard completely out of case. Has dropped my cpu temps by 15*C along with the gpu temps by 10*C.
