I’ve had this PC for almost 2 weeks and I absolutely love it! Im able to do so much on it. I’m able to multi stream while playing Call of Duty, have spotify, and Discord open all at the same time. It took a little longer to recieve, but when it came, it was very well packaged and actually annoying to take everything out, but the other PC’s i had gotten were not packaged well at all so this was perfect! it was easy to setup and i just absolutely love it!

I originally received what was supposed to be a brand-new Thermaltake system, but it was clearly pre-opened. The first unit arrived missing the interior foam bracing, had no protective blue tape, no GPU accessory packet, and even had the PSU switch already turned on. I gave it a shot anyway, but it crashed repeatedly while gaming — likely due to hardware issues from a previous owner. The PC had crashed 6 times in 5 days from light gaming sessions. I found out it was a hardware issue. Thankfully, I returned it and received a proper sealed replacement. The second unit had all the expected factory protections — foam padding, blue tape, setup instructions taped inside, and the GPU kit sealed in its pouch. Night and day difference. System is now running great. Be careful when buying — check for signs of tampering. The product itself is excellent when you actually get a new one. Below you will see pictures of what the box SHOULD have. My first unit was missing these items/things. Again, indicating it was opened and used. I want to say that now the NEW system is working perfectly.

Just got it today. Love it so far. Came with no issues booted up just fine and was able to jump right into gaming. Absolutely beautiful. Definitely recommend Thermalteck for pre builts. What sets it apart is that all the parts are thermaltake so everything matches. They used white parts to go with everything and the RGB all matches since it's all the same brand. Beautiful.
