I was so excited to purchase this product. It was my first ever high-end gaming computer. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into frustration when the computer began shutting off on its own within the first few days, and not even during gaming sessions. I took it to Geek Squad for a check-up, but they told me everything was fine. After using it for a couple of weeks, the problem returned, and now it’s shutting down randomly again, except this time I’m outside the return window. I paid $3,500 for this computer, and instead of enjoying it, I’m stressed and disappointed because I still can’t figure out the source of the issue. Sometimes the display glitches right before it powers off. I’ve tested different monitors, so I know the problem lies with the computer itself. I suspect the GPU is faulty, and based on reviews I’ve read, it seems to be a recurring issue for others as well.

Pc is amazing at basically any task when its in windows, only issue is that it had some boot and post failure which would occur every so often after shutdown, and had to get it repaired at best buy, culprit was a bad windows installation. Would recommend the pc but personally, I would reinstall windows after purchase.

Althought getting this prebuilt was a pain through Best Buy, the actual computer was so easy to setup and ready to go out of the box. Minus having to do updates, it is beautiful and the quality is top notch. If I tried to build this myself, I would be spending about nearly the same. Great work Thermaltake!
