Front screen cracked the first week I had it. Also, customer service for Thinkware was not familiar with the M1 features.

It's very easy to install and use. I really love the m1 dash cam. it's amazing video recording quality. I'm planning to put one more m1 dash cam on my next purchase of motorcycle.

Easy to install. The power wire is very thin. My phone can not find the wi/fi signal at times. The wi/fi is not consistent, but it works. The cameras look and feel well built.

Video quality is great whenever it works. Rear camera keeps loosing connection. Make sure you buy the warranty or try it out before the return date.
