I have owned several pairs of reading glasses and these have to be the most light weight glasses I've ever experienced. Quality is great. The glasses snap right into the case and that easily fits in even the smallest of my handbags. It might take me time to get used to them being so lightweight... but I like that I can throw the glass case into my purse or tote bag and not worry that the glasses will get smashed. The case is very sturdy and protects them well. The quality of the lenses seems strong considering how light they are. The style is timeless and classic.

chose these because they looks stylish and I was eager to have an easy back-up plan to always have readers with me. the case is very slim and lightweight, I can even carry them in my wallet, which was a big plus. not sure why, but they don't work with my vision. I got the 2.5 strength, which was recommended by their test chart. have tried to use them to read small print on a few occasions and find the visibility to not be great. lent them to a friend during a meeting - one of the reasons I wanted to be able to carry them around with me - and she handed them back within minutes and then went on to find a different pair of readers from someone else. It's possible we're just not used to such a flat lens, which I trust is required to have them fit in the handy case. bonus points for ingenuity and convenience. just don't see me using them going forward, which is a bummer.

These are great compact readers to keep in your pocket or your purse. Super lightweight.

Had a pair of the original Thin Optics and the nose bridge pads broke off. These work like regular readers except are very thin. The case is very durable. The glasses look good as well. A great buy

These are by far the thinnest and lightweight set of readers I’ve ever had. They tweren’t lyin’! They come in a thin case to match it’s thin physique. If they were human, they would be considered dangerously thin. They’re that thin.

I have to say I was completely amazed at how the glasses fit in such a slim and compact case! The glasses are lightweight, comfortable and look nice, and the case is so thin that I can carry it in my smallest purse! My husband ordered one too and he can easily put it in a thin shirt pocket. I highly recommend this product!

These glasses are super cool and super thin. I'm carrying a smaller purse and I love that these are thin basic readers. The could almost be added to a large wallet. They're good for restaurant or quick reads. Wouldn't recommend for all day wear.

First, these are not glasses to use everyday, for long periods of time. I purchased these for a specific need, when I am away from house and need something quick and simple: when I'm at a restaurant and need to read a menu; at a friend's house, and asked to read something with them; at the grocery store, looking at food labels... The packaging is so slim, it fits in wallet, adding very little bulk. I can comfortably wear them for a shopping trip. They are stylish enough that I don't feel awkward pulling them out at a nice restaurant. They work as intended and I avoid the frustration of trying to read small text in harsh lighting conditions. I don't leave home without them!

These glasses are better then expected. Lightweight, compact and perfect for anyone that needs readers. I plan to purchase another pair for my husband. I am hoping to see an expanded product line available with more fashionable prints and colors.

Having found this company's original "nose pinching" design to be uncomfortable after a few minutes of use, I was apprehensive about ordering these. These, however, fit and work like traditional glasses, and are therefore very comfortable to wear. They look like they have normal "frames" around the lenses, but these appear to be cosmetic. They fold up and store in a very thin aluminum case that I attached to my phone case, where they take up little room. I have a larger iPhone, so they fit fine - I'm not sure how they would fit on a smaller phone. The fact that what appears to be a normal pair of reading glasses can effectively disappear into such a thin case is pretty amazing and can quickly become a conversation starter. The glasses work well for reading, and do not appear to have any optical distortion (or at least none that I noticed). They are more expensive than typical "drug store" reading glasses, but worth it because they are always handy when you need them. My only concern about them is that the right hand folding "arm" somehow became bent a bit at the hinge. Not sure how that happened, but I carefully bent them back and all seems to be well now. I do worry that they are more delicate than normal glasses, but time will tell. At any rate, I would recommend these to anyone looking for reading glasses that can always be found, assuming your cell phone is always within reach. A very innovative and useful product.

The glasses are super lightweight (almost scary lightweight!) and thin. It’s nice to know it comes with a lifetime warranty in the instance something happens to them. I love that it comes with a hard case, since most I feel like are soft unless you purchase a separate case. It comes with an adhesive strip to adhere to the back of your phone which is SO slick. Anyone who has readers knows that’s the constant problem (finding where I set them down!) From a vision perspective they work as expected and are clear.
