I like the refrigerator it was the right size it was the right color the only problem I had was the freezer door wouldn't stay closed found out that the screws with stripped couldn't tighten it up like I thought I could so I was really disappointed cuz I didn't get the refrigerator maybe I'll try another time

Set up the fridge at 11am this morning. It’s now 8pm and there has been no change in temp inside the fridge or freezer. I can hear the compressor “working” but it is not cooling. The box was beat up upon delivery and the freezer door was dented. Frustrated because I can’t get it in my car to return it. I’ll update this review in the morning after giving the unit a full 24 hours to get to temperature. The instruction manual is literally useless and there were black scuffs inside the freezer.

Came with a torn to shreds box and a large dent in freezer door. Definitely won’t recommend Best Buy deliveries to anyone

It came In box and had 17 dents in it!!! Second attempt on ordering. First fridge came broke wouldn’t get cold. Second attempt came with so many dents!

Not only looks & works good, but is a lot bigger than pictures! About the size as the ole college boxes. Holds plenty drinks,too!

Incorrect sizes listed on BestBuy

This fridge is much smaller than what is listed on the specifications on the Best Buy website. Several inches in width and height. They did not ship the wrong item as the model numbers match but the sizes are wrong. Now I have to call BestBuy to arrange for pickup and haul away. Frustrating.

we never got a Thompson fridges. we got TWO RCA black doored fridges. Both were junk. the 1st one was crumpled and the 2nd one the door wouldn't stay on. Pieces of junk. I wouldn't give them a 1 star review, but I have to
