The Thor refrigerator is amazing. Fit perfectly in the space allotted. The interior space is perfect. Love the Thor products

I have had this refrigerator for a year now (received it in late October 2021). So far, so good. Pros: counter depth; two freezer drawers, so I don't have to open a huge door just to get ice or something smaller; flexible shelf in fridge that slides back to allow for taller items (though I don't use this much); no gap behind shelves so stuff doesn't fall down the back. All the benefits of a French-door, bottom-freezer refrigerator. Cons: fewer slots for adjustable shelves in fridge and fridge doors than my last fridge (a Jenn-air); control panel shows temperature goals, not actual temperatures; ice maker is slow (though this isn't a big deal for my house). Center drawer in fridge is so narrow as to be nearly useless. Also, the drawer "guides" are the bottom grooves. There are no guides at the top, so drawers can get out of alignment easily. The ice maker does not have a filter, so the ice doesn't taste good (I only notice this when I put ice in water, nothing else). I have seen complaints that this refrigerator is loud. It makes some interesting noises, true (the first time I heard the beep beep boop boop and realized it was quietly singing freaked me out). There is an adjustable speed motor that comes on. Occasionally I hear a knock, but my Jenn-air made more and louder noises than this refrigerator. Overall, what sold me on this fridge, sight-unseen, was the second drawer for the freezer. It isn't a separate freezer space, but it is nice to access things quickly without opening a huge drawer. I like the fridge and would buy again.

After research and reading reviews We bought the Thor appliances hoping we were purchasing upgraded appliance. We purchased total tech support from Best Buy as well. This Fridge has leaked water all over our kitchen multiple times. We have received no help from Best Buy as they refer us to Thor. After dozens of emails, calls and hiring a technician ourselves the fridge still leaks water and is damaging our cabinets. Thor customer service is as bad as Best Buy with no communication or help. I just keep getting the run around. At this point we have no idea if a new refrigerator is being sent (per warranty) to replace it or not. I was told yo contact the shipping company and told I had to google the number myself because THOR doesn’t have contact for the shipping company THEY use. Best Buy customer service was the same they told me I had to google information for THOR because they didn’t have it. Even though they sell their appliances and I paid for total tech support. I have cancelled my total tech support as it provided NO support what so ever. My negative review is more for the customer service of both Best Buy and THOR.

We love this fridge. If you are looking for an industrial look at a decent price - this is the fridge for you. It has a simple, clean look with the industrial handles. It fit great into our space. It feels solid. It is pretty quiet. Cons: Don't love the control panel - it seems kind of pointless - it just shows what the goal temperature is - not even what the current temp is, and that is where you turn the ice maker off and on; as other reviewers have pointed out, it doesn't make a ton of ice. Fine for us, but if you use lots of ice this probably isn't the fridge for you.

A great looking frigerator but room for improvement like the handle don’t want to stay on

You get what you pay for. Looks high end, which is why I purchased as I’m in the home building business… but but if your looking for something that will last you will have to pay a little more to get a more quality product.

We have owned this refrigerator for a year and a half. Overall, the refrigerator looks and works well but I am giving it a one start due to poor design. The left door includes a mechanism that folds into place to close air gaps when the left door closes. However, this critical piece is made with low quality plastic which has failed on us twice in 18 months. We are awaiting a 2nd warranty repair for this same piece. The refrigerator is not usable without this piece as condensation and ice builds up in refrigerator when this piece breaks. Looks great but would buy a better made refrigerator.

Counter depth makes my kitchen look bigger, takes a little time getting used to french door from a side by side but love that I can actually see all the items in the fridge. The only complaint is ice maker takes a while to make ice. Fine for me as there are only 2 of us in the house but if there were more people here on a day to day basis, there would not be enough ice.

I have had the fridge for about a month now, love it. It is amazing how much bigger my kitchen feels with a counter depth. Perfect size, plenty of room. For those that need tons of freezer space this is not the right fridge for you.

Thor makes great stoves. But they are really having quality issues with their refrigerators. Plugged it in after getting everything ready and… Brand new refrigerator nothing works!!! The customer service for Thor sends you to a service company that accomplished nothing!!! Buy their stoves they are great… But definitely don’t buy these refrigerators there is no quality control!!! Don’t just take my word read recent reviews all over the internet quality has really disappeared on these refrigerators!!!

Love the fridge, but the ice maker is small and makes ice very slow.

So many problems, where to start? Doesn't make nearly enough ice for 2 people and it's loud when it does. Some of the interior products are cheap and not well formed. Ice tray can crack and leave water everywhere, and support is almost non-existent. I've seen other reviews that complain of the compressor going out at 5 yrs and it is nearly as expensive to repair as the unit costs new. I feel like it's a ticking time bomb. Please do yourself a favor and read other online reviews for this model.
