Movie was great
[Employee of bestbuy] George Miller can be hit or miss, but this movie is worth the price of admission, excellent story, visually stunning, music score is great.

Really cool movie!
Excellent movie. Really a cool spin on an old tale. Smart and sexy, funny and sad I have watched it several times in a row. Love this one!

just check it out, its worth a look
you know, the commercial kinda made me curious about what this was going to be about. I had a totally different idea. So I watched it on streaming while exercising and I was pleasantly surprised. It is a quirky weird movie but it does have a story and it does have a longing to be loved and be in love by someone and with someone. I'm glad I took a chance, it was worth it.

While sojourning in Istanbul, repressed British professor Alithea Binnie (Tilda Swinton) purchased an antique bottle... and, once back in her hotel room, unwittingly released the Djinn (Idris Elba) trapped inside for millennia. As she's dubious regarding the grateful genie's offer of three wishes, he responds by sharing a trio of tales concerning his circumstances and how ill-fated love played into them. George Miller's fanciful and visually spectacular take on an A.S. Byatt short story co-stars Aamito Lagum. 108 minutes.
