Outside of the cost of this (and the first one I received being damaged but BB was great about replacing it), this bike rack is awesome. Very stable and easy to set up with flexibility about the type of bike it supports (both e-bikes and regular). It tightens nicely in the hitch so there isn't any wobbling. It doesn't even seem like there is something back there. And if you have to have your license plate showing at all times, there is even a place for that. It is a little heavy but that is what helps to make it so stable.

Easy to assemble. Manual instruction booklet easy and simple with illustrations to follow. Only take about 10-15 minutes to assemble

great bike rack that works on my Volvo XC60 OEM 1.25 hitch. So easy to connect to hitch and to remove when not in use. Holds the bikes securely and strong enough to carry my 2 specialized E-Bikes that weigh ~50lbs each.
