CONS: Expensive if not for Military, Student, discounts, Ease of use I'm sure it's a little confusing when you first use the app in comparison to Spotify, Downloading format is sort of owned, rent kind of ordeal, Less features than Spotify, enough with cons because Tidals Music Quality is above and beyond. Tidal Hifi streams using FLACC. What is that? The sound quality is in CD format and even goes to Master which is Studio. You can hear the difference clearly between when comparing Spotify and Tidal. Spotify uses MP3 format, compressed, music lovers want to hear the best out of every song they play. It's expensive but well worth it. Price is insane if it wasn't for the help from Best Buy. Not sure I'd pay full price, but when discounted this is totally worth it in my opinion. Unrivaled quality

They charged my credit card even though I never signed up for this. And when I disputed it citi bestbuy card said I am responsible for paying it. So I no longer have the citi bestbuy card.

I didnt have the negative experience others refer to here. I renewed after the initial subscription promo price and love it!
