I really do love this wet vac! I use it almost daily. Only thing is i just had to claim it on warranty because they do have an issue where the motor goes out. Hopefully their warranty system is good as this is my first claim. Otherwise great everyday wet vac

Really love this vacuum. I use it all the time with my dog since it’s so easy to use and clean. Also really useful during the winter when you drag salt into the house. I’m giving it 3 stars because I just had to submit a claim because the motor is malfunctioning and it’s no longer working. I’ve owned it for less than 2 years and I’ve always cleaned it after using

Decent vac mop. It does get clogged quite often but it is a lifesaver when you have kids and animals! Would definitely recommend.

Timesaver & cleans up messes so well. I would buy this brand again over the last vacuum i owned, i only wish it held more water bc i have to keep refilling it several times throughout. I’m sure a more updated version has fixed that issue.

Talk about a total lifesaver. Tineco has completely made it possible to keep up with the floors throughout my house without having to scrub and lug around the mop and bucket. Craft glitter-- No problem. Sucks it right up. Dirt-- easy work. Washable paint-- gone. Spilled cereal or whatever else kids get everywhere-- Boom Gone. Complete gamechanger in the parenting world.

We renovated our whole downstairs to be hardwood floor and this has helped so much specially, for spot cleaning or if you just want to clean an areas where you don’t wanna pull out a whole mop bucket this is perfect especially if you have kids and pets

We tried a lot of vacuum cleaners but I can say this is the best one so far and it's been doing great for two and a half years and it's about time we got the new S7 steam!

Lasted less than a year. Not worth the buy. Manufacturer should really consider remaking it to last. I would not recommend buying just a waste of money on this one. There are so many people having the same issue as I am and they all seem to have a lot of trouble with warranty as well.

Didnt last me more than 5 months, i would clean it after ever use and it still ended up not working anymore. I am back to just sweeping with a broom and moping with a mop

Not powerful at all. Doesn't pick up much specially from a carpet.

The vacuum has been the best thing I've ever purchased. However, I have had a few issues with it charging fully and I've had to send it in twice to be fixed and now I'm having trouble with it continuing to vacuum but I love it and how it does clean the floors. So I'm having to get it repaired. We're thinking about getting another one.
