nice boxing machine, nice rhythm
I took my mom to physical therapy last week. The therapist had a tool with lights that randomly shine, and my mom was supposed to touch the lit ones to train her muscles and reaction time — it looked fun! So I thought, I should get something similar for boxing to train myself. I'm over 50, and it's definitely time to work on some muscle exercises. This boxing machine is exactly what I was looking for. I love the music! After just about 5 minutes, I was completely out of breath. I believe it'll do wonders for my heart too
