First microwave that I ever bought brand new lol! And couldn't be happier with my purchase. Rarely does something ever exceed expectations but this thing truly did. Super efficient, super easy to use, super easy to clean. Ive used it as a microwave and also to make homemade beef jerky, as a toaster and even for cookies. Does everything very well. It even has a deodorizer function that magically did away with fish smells!! Very good product.

4 stars because No instructions, tips, or sample menus provided for use of air fryer or grill function. Is G1 high or low heat? Trial and error is too costly to experiment with meats. Otherwise, oven is very stately looking (nice) and sturdy. A multi-function oven requires reading the booklet, and the operating instructions are concise. There is a handy power saver feature to save energy, press off button twice! Steel interior is super easy to clean and looks efficient and classy. Be careful of the Grill device at top of oven when turning food over, etc. Hot. I am happy with my purchase and the price gets extra stars..comparable multi use ovens cost More. Now give me some cooking instructions and I'll be all smiles!

Great versatile purchase. Attractive appliance and fits on the counter. Offers convection oven cooking option for kitchenette with limited space. Excellent value compared to other alternatives!

I love this microwave. So far we've used it to microwave stuff and air fry stuff. I'm excited to use the dehydration mode to make some beef jerky.

This microwave is super fancy! It has so many functions I got it because it air fries as well. It's a beast though, make sure to have plenty of space for it.

The prefect size for our downsized kitchen requirements. A "twofer" (microwave/oven) when space is a premium.

Zero stars Do not buy no instructions for all the things it is supposed to do expensive microwave the turn table has all cracked the product costumer service gave case # and emailed me now they have no idea what I'm telling them registered when i first got this thing now the want pic of recipe and serial # sent again

I like the microwave. It isn’t intuitive to use however, and it arrived to my door without a manual. Any attempt to get support always leads to “here’s how to return…” I don’t want to return, I literally just need product support. Searched up “toshiba product support” and “microwave” just doesn’t exist under any category to get support about. I’m stumped. I just want to know how to make toast. I don’t want the preset air fry options. I want to be able to just set the temp, then the timer. Why does it have to be a whole thing? I work every day so I just don’t have time for any of this. I just want to make toast.

Have never had anything like this so don’t know how to use. There’s NO INSTRUCTIONS OR MANUAL. I have used Toshiba products many times so I’m sure once I learn to use I’ll love it. Haven’t been able to find any type of information book close to this unit yet.
