You're gong to want to put your seat belt on for this one. I bought a brand new iphone se3 from best buy along with this airtime card. Ordered online and went to pickup in store the next day. When I got back home I proceeded to go to the total wireless website - put the imei in and the system told me the phone wasn't recognized. So I called Total wireless, which apparently is owned by the same company that owns straight talk. I explained to the customer service person I had just bought the phone. They told me a best buy employee must not have scanned the phone the right way, so they did something and got the phone to be recognized. I then proceeded to port my number over with the customer service agent. I gave the person the pin for the $40 airtime card. And that person completely screwed the whole account up. They told me it would be working and i needed to restart my phone. This was not the case. I called back and they could now not get the pin from my $40 airtime card to work. So they had my ported number on a week free trial of their service while they created a 'ticket' to fix the issue with my missing money. A full week later and the issue was still not resolved. I had to suggest filing a police report against the ceo of their company for stealing $40 from me if they didn't fix the issue that day. Needless to say I would never ever recommend this company or any company affiliated with Straight Talk. Such garbage customer service.
