Decent phone for the price. Phone does charge slow so I had to buy a quicker charger. There was not a charged in the box either.

phone is fine but somehow I ended up with a verizon prepaid phone that had an incompatible TracFone sim card in it that doesn't match the sim number on the cardboard info insert lol I have to order a sim card from verizon.

It’s good for the priced paid. Bought one for my 13 yrs old elsewhere. Older son liked it so bought one for him at Best Buy. They both seem happy with it which is great because I will not pay more than $50 for a phone for them.
