A: yes they should be off the ground, if you check the instruction I believe it mentions that they should be off the ground. The car moves based on the big wheels in the front. The little wheels help stabilize.

A: Feet rest on the front, on either side of the steering wheel. You can see the testing spots by the black anti-slip texture there. They should NOT be on the ground ever for proper maneuverability and safety.

A: Just wiggle the steering left and right a little and it goes. Very simple to use.

A: The weight limit is 150 pounds. My 35 year old daughter rides it when she get her three year old off of it.
Q: Is this a smaller version of the plasma?
A: No, it’s just a different brand. The plasma car is the original name brand but now several other companies have started making them. I’ve never owned a plasma car so I can’t compare the quality but this one has been great so far!

A: There is no age limit. Toddlers can "scoot" on it. The only limit is about 150 lbs. My 32 year old daughter in law, weighing about 130 lbs. enjoys playing with the kids on one of the 3 that we own.
