This is one of two highly rated cable modems I considered when deciding to buy my own modem. I chose this one because of availability at Best Buy. It is a cable modem only, not a router, but I did not realize it only had one RJ-45 jack until I had it in hand and was setting it up. This is not a deal breaker, but I did have to move a couple of wired devices when I swapped the TP-Link in for the old cable company's modem. I specifically did not want a wireless router-modem, It is my fault for not reading the specs closer to see it had only 1 port, but it would have gotten 5 stars if it had a couple more RJ-45 jacks.

This Tp-link cable modem works great .No problem settlng up with cox cable.I purchased this because cox supplies outdated cable phone modem the Cisco 3220 i just use this for phone.Just put splitter before 2 modems and your all set.

I really like how fast I can access the internet with ease. I have no buffering problems as well as easy working through different websites at the same time. Recommended!

Easy to set up, works great with TWC. Just as fast as the leased modem, but now I'm not paying $10/month to lease one.

Old modem could not handle the upload and downloads speeds of all devices, games and movies would stall, cost the same as the TP-Link. The TP-Link modem handles it nicely, no problems at all, no delays on streaming movies and games on all devices, smart TV, Play station 4, cell phones..

Didn't realize you had to upgrade your modem every couple of years. Had a lot of issues with broadband reception. This modem resolved all issues. Recommend strongly

Called Comcast, provided the device MAC and connected right away with signifant improvements in speed.

This modem only took moments to install and works very well. It took more time to get Time Warner to validate the installation to make it operational.

Took all of 5 minutes to setup. No issues and it's so much better than the XFINITY aris cable modem

Best decision I ever made. Great speed and no more monthly fee from Time Warner. This modem will pay for itself.

I had purchased this modem to eliminate my spectrum modem lease charge. This modem did just that! It works fantastic and very little effort to get working. Just called spectrum, provided the MAC address and all was good!

Quality modem with very easy set-up. Good investment.
