I purchased this specifically for my gaming setup when I got a PS4 last December. My bedroom is upstairs in the furthest room from our router, so the wi-fi is terrible. To make matters worse, our internet is unreliable and tends to drop or slow down at any given moment, so I just didn't want to deal with the drop offs. I set this up as a dedicated connection for my PS4 and it works perfectly. I set one up right next to the router downstairs, and the other in my bedroom on the second floor. I never have issues with the internet and can play online multiplayer games like Fortnite BR as well as stream videos from Netflix and YouTube without any issues. Every now and then, I need to unplug it and plug it back in if there's a problem with the internet, but that's rare and I can usually just do it quickly before I start up my system, and it's fine again for a long time. This doesn't effect my gameplay or the reliability of my connection. Overall, this was very easy to set up and I'm really happy with it. I plan on getting another console soon and I might set that up in another room, and if I do I'll definitely pick up a set for that one too!

I was looking for a solution to get a stable connection in my bedroom, specifically for streaming media and playing games. My room is far from the router in our house due to some bad placement, so the wi fi connection was even less stable than it was in the rest of the house. I set up one of these downstairs and one in my bedroom, and use this to get a LAN connection to my PC. The only downside is that I've noticed some interference from certain devices. I found that these adapters would often have trouble if too many other devices were plugged into the same wall outlet, or even just in the same room in some cases. I'm not sure if this is a wiring issue in my house or something else. I solved this pretty easily by putting the adapter in the hallway outside my bedroom, and running a longer cable to my PC. It's not a perfect solution, but the connection is stable and I don't have to unplug it and restart it as often as I used to. Aside from the interference issue, I haven't had many other problems with these and would definitely recommend them for someone that needs a stable connection, or isn't able to use wi fi in a specific room in their house.

I bought a set of these to try out in my 2-story home. I needed to get internet connectivity from the wireless router on the first floor to the far end of the second floor and WiFI would not reach with a steady signal. After very easily linking the two adapters near the router, I simply plugged the second one in upstairs and immediately had full speed connectivity, just like being plugged directly into the router. Great product - great price - so I bought a second set to connect my two WiFi enabled TVs and now they stream better than ever.

My home office is on the opposite side of my house from the router so I have weak wireless signal so I bought these to see if they will help and sure enough, they did. I saw a 200% increase in speed over wireless. Setup was also a breeze! I was up and going in a couple minutes. Note that these work depending on your home's electrical wiring and may no work for all especially much older homes.

I bought this kit for a client that had to use a WiFi connection to her desktop computer (no way to get ethernet cable to computer because of home construction). The WiFi signal strength was marginal and the computer would randomly drop the wireless connection. This kit allowed me to get a wired connection, and it's working well.

I had been looking for something to hardwire my personal computer, work computer, and my gaming system because even though I have excellent Wi-Fi signal I also get lots of interference from all the other Wi-Fi signals in my apartments. I was able to get this up and running plus secured, so no one steals my internet, within a minute or two and it blows away my Wi-Fi speeds.

Easy to set up only took how long to plug in the walls and then into the devices. Does a great job with the internet.

I had no problems setting it up, comes with a couple Ethernet cords and works very well, have little to no connection error.

A good setup for when your WiFi router is in a whole different part of your house but need to plug into the network.

I bought the Powerline AV200 Nano Adapter Starter Kit so I could hook up an audio receiver to the internet. The receiver is upstairs and my router is downstairs. For some reason, the receiver didn't have a wireless option. The connection was simple. Just plug it in a wall outlet and use the cat 5 cables (included). It works great. I bought an additional kit and was able to set up an old router as an "access point" upstairs. I now have a strong wireless signal throughout the house.

The TP-Link works perfectly. I had a room that was 200 feet away from my Linksys routers. The signal was weak and I installed a Smart TV. I did not know if these AC adapters would work. I used the TP-Link and plugged-in an Ethernet cable to the TV. Wow, it worked great and I save a bundle not having to buy a stronger router or to run an Ethernet cable to the room.

It took less than 2 minutes to setup. Used the powerline adapters along with a router to extend wireless through out the home. Better than a repeater/extender and works well so far.

So with this product I was able to plug it in an outlet and then from the outlet to the modem. It’s comes with 2, so the other one was plugged in another outlet and connected to my camera system. This enables me to view my cameras (my system is wired, not wireless) on my phone when I’m away from home. My only complaint is ever so often I’m not able to view from my phone, so I have to unplug one and resync it to the other. I’m not sure why they stop communicating with each other. It’s fine if you come home everyday, but in the event you were out of town it would pose a problem. It’s very random so I can’t say it happens every week. A more accurate account would be at least once or twice a month.

This product works exactly as advertised. It was very easy to set up and works well with the wiring in my 60 year old house.

The product's setup is overall simple to follow, but it is when technical difficulties arise that the product's simplicity becomes very complicated and frustrating to troubleshoot. When the item lost internet connection, I took over three hours troubleshooting. The manual and online help did nothing to resolve the issue. I was lucky to have fixed the problem by accident. For the price, it is an ok buy.
