A: I'd suggest placing it wherever the extender shows all blue lights - if it doesn't show all lights, then it's too far away from the router

Great Extender
I bought this extender for my grandson. My daughter lives in a 1500 square foot home and my grandson’s room is on the 2nd level on the opposite side of their modem/router. He loves to game and was getting very poor WIFI in his room. The extender was easy to setup using the Tether app and he now gets good WIFI in his room. No more lag gaming. See before and after photos to see the big difference.

AWESOME!!!….wifi did not work thru the tile in our bathroom…does now!!….plus covers ENTIRE HOUSE…even basement and garage!! A++++++
