Bought this for my mother-in-law. I original bought the 1500 minute package because I thought it would be enough but it wasn't. The unlimited is so much better because we are no longer worried about keeping track of the minutes. It is unlimited and no worries. Very easy to load up. No hassle.

I originally got this phone plan for my 10 year because she was spending more time at her dad's house but after her having it for awhile we decided to get it for my Grandmother as well because she didn't like monthly phone bills.

I love it. It was easy to access. I didn't have to go out in the cold with my walker to Best Buy, nor did I have to go to the mailroom, in the complex I live in. It was immediate.
