Great pans

Bought the 12", 10" and 8" pans to replace older non-stick pans. So far very happy with all three. Seasoned them as per the instructions and started to cook. Follow the instructions and keep the heat at a reasonable level (i.e. not too high) and start cooking! Nothing is sticking an very good heat distribution. Using the larger one for browning up meat and the smaller ones for eggs. Very happy with purchase.

The name of the pan says it all. NOTHING sticks to this pan. Eggs, fish, vegetables, potatoes, chicken broth, tide pods, beef broth, bananas, vegetable broth, miso broth, seafood broth, you name it
