This is a great exercise product. There are lots of body weight strength exercises you can do. It is also easy to setup. I just used the attachment to trap it between a door and it’s frame.

I've used this personally and with clients. I have also used cheaper variations, but this is the original and the quality of the TRX is outstanding. Great to take on vacations. And yes, that's Deadpool holding into a rubber chicken. Very fitting for him...

I love this addition to my home gym! I purchased the TRX hook and hung it from the ceiling. Sturdy, well made & came with a poster of workouts.

Works great for me. Excellent product and does exactly what it's supposed to do for great workout. This product was easy to set up, attaching it to tree and to doors in different rooms. No assembly required. Very easy to use at home or travelling. Make sure you are attaching it to the solid door and not to sliding closet doors. Attaching to a doors limit the ranges of motion you can use for certain exercises but it provides real versatility. If you travel a lot this will make working out a bit easier. I looked up videos on YouTube regarding different exercises and ways to perform them. Suggest all to look at the manufacturer’s setup YouTube videos that is around 7-8minutes which gives good use cases of the products and safety instructions. It adds balance to traditional bodyweight routines that typically overemphasize pushing exercises. Also, it’s lighter than other suspension trainers and multi-use workout devices. This FitSystem comes with 2 introuductory video workout downloads included in the box with the unique code for downloading. TRX IOS APP: Downloaded the TRX app as suggested in the user guide and created account. On the app you have various activity like suspension training, running, high intensity, cycling, flexibility and so on. You also have options to select the duration of workout for a set period and track all your workouts under My Workouts sections. App is very intuitive and has good details of how to work out with details like difficult level and kind of exercises that can be done using the suspension trainer and has TRX coach and coach instructor audio files. Also, lot of video files for various exercise for flexibility (Yoga, Stretch & Recover, Squat). Overall, TRX app is well designed with good information for new users. The TRX Fit System Suspension Trainer is a great addition to a home workout room or gym without filling a space with a large piece of equipment. I found a few minor issues with using it the best way possible, but overall it has been a nice addition to our workout space. The package includes the suspension bands, a door anchor, Suspension anchor, and a carrying bag to pack it all away, along with a poster of workouts and a couple digital workouts. The bag is mesh with a cinch top and while it can be a little difficult to cinch up fully with everything stuffed in there, it does a good enough job keeping it all compact. In the end, the whole setup takes up very little room and packs away nicely. The materials feel solid, with good stitching and overlapping at the seams. There is reinforced stitching where necessary, and the nylon material used throughout feels strong enough to hold up to continued use and abuse. The handles are lightweight and don't feel like much, but I have no issues with them so far, so those two points feel more like bonuses than negatives. The adjustment latches on the straps and the 2 carabiner style anchor hooks are metal - I think aluminum - which should hold up better long term than plastics would. Additionally, there are pull tabs for adjusting the excess strap as you adjust length for different workouts, and even those points have reinforced stitching and overlapping of materials. Overall TRX has done a solid job making each point of this suspension trainer feel durable and high quality. I tested this system using the workouts provided on the poster as well as the digital downloads provided, and I definitely felt the workouts. I was a bit skeptical at first thinking it wouldn't do much since I am used to endurance training with weights, but I was pleasantly surprised at how better I felt after a little while using these. I also have a fitness trainer friend who I mentioned these to, and they use a TRX system regularly which reinforced my feelings about this system. I did find a few caveats with the system, though, when using it, dealing with the anchors and positions for workouts. I found the best way to use this system was with an overhead option and wall option for anchoring the hook, instead of relying on the door anchor. While the door anchor works in a pinch, it works best with layouts with a door away from the corner of a wall. In my home most of my doors are at the end of the walls which leaves no room to one side for some of the workout movements. Additionally, anchoring to the door uses the hinge area since it's stronger at that point, and that prevents you from being able to use the routines that require the anchor point to be above you. After testing these out with an overhead anchor I am looking to make changes to my own setup with a wall and ceiling anchor to benefit the most. The door anchor does give you some portability, however, with the option to anchor to a door in a hotel room or other travel location if you bring this system with you. But aside from a hotel gym, I have not had a hotel room or location I could hook this up to in order to benefit from that, unfortunately. Aside from the anchor caveat, I have really enjoyed this TRX suspension trainer and I look forward to trying new routines and workout plans with it integrated in. I think this system is a versatile addition to a home gym, providing plenty of functionality in a compact little bag.

There are multiple versions of the TRX. The difference is in the material used and the number of routines available. This TRX Fit System suspension trainer version has everything you need and comes with two routines. The box also contains the card to register at mylocker. Mylocker also has great information on how to set up and adjust the TRX. These TRX straps are not rubber band like. They are solid and strong. You are using your body weight to perform resistance related training. Routine #1 is the CORE routine. You can print a PDF of the routine for quick reference from Mylocker. You also get a video of each routine. I strongly recommend you watch the videos first as it will clarify your body position and how to execute each exercise. The video routine is slightly different than the paper copy. I could feel the effect on my core after doing this routine for 2 days. Routine #2 is the STRETCH routine. This is really nice to do at the end of your workout (TRX Core or otherwise). This is a great product to help your exercise routine at home. It is well built. Remember to connect it close to the hinge of your door so not too much stress is placed on your door frame.. There are workouts in mylocker that come with your purchase. There are other workouts available. I will continue to use this for a quick and effective workout.

As a professional student, I'm pretty sedentary. I wake up, go to school, sit all day, come home to eat and relax before bed, just to repeat the next day. I honestly don't make time to go to the gym because it's a lot of time out of my day that I can't afford to give up. Not to mention I live in the Midwest and with winter approaching, going outside to run or walk isn't going to be an option for the next 4-6 months. With it easily attaching to any door in my house, I can do a workout in the living room or easily pack it up and do a workout in my bedroom so I don't bother my roommates. The included poster shows how to set up the straps properly and has two super quick 20-minute workouts on the back side that I have taped to my door for easy reference. The app is a great adjunct with videos showing how to set everything up properly and short workout videos that supplement those on the poster and give you more to do. You can work specific parts of your body to build strength or get your heart pumping to burn calories. This specific system gives you access to two digital workouts by using the code included in the box and the strap serial number. If you're new to the TRX app, you also get a free month of unlimited access to workouts. The app is $4.99/ mo or $39.99/ yr thereafter. Body weight workouts are really great, easy to do, and don't take a lot of time. If you've got a fire under your butt to workout, but don't have a lot of time, want to pay for a costly gym membership, or leave the house, I'd highly recommend starting here.

I have to admit, I wasn’t getting the TRX obsession of amateur athletes and professional trainers / physical therapists. The system seemed silly and a fad. I was wrong. I’m a convert. The system I have came with a mesh carrying bag, that when stuffed is around the size of a Chicago-style softball (16” circumference). It’s almost a training device itself. The point is, it fits easily in a suitcase or drawer. There’s also a fold-out with exercises and an app you can use. TRX is really easy to use, it’s all about body weight, tension and stretching. You mount it over a door with nothing permanently installed unless so desired. Depending on your exercise, you simply move the intermediate anchor point. No tools required. All the exercises are easy in concept but are challenging because they use multiple groups and require smooth, methodical motions. That means they working muscles and connective tissues, assisting in strength building and resiliency. In 10-15 minutes you get a nice workout in the privacy of your home, office or hotel room. Nice.

I try and exercise at least 4 days a week, but I travel a lot. Sometimes I end up staying in places that either has questionable exercise equipment or no gym whatsoever. So the best alternative was some sort of bodyweight training option. Because I have had issues with my shoulders, neck and upper back, I wanted to find a system that would be more pulling exercise focused. So the solution was going to be some sort of suspension trainer and this product fit the bill. What really attracted me to this system was how portable it is. I can take it with me in my carry on or throw it into my laptop backpack very easily so I've always got something with me to work out with. The build quality is solid. The straps and anchors are made of heavy-duty mesh and the carabiners are light but sturdy during exercise sessions. The system comes with a door anchor that allows you to set up a suspension gym with access to a door that closes and anywhere from 6-8 feet of space in front of it making it an ideal choice for use in a hotel room or Airbnb. If you don't have access to a door, it also comes with the straps to attach it to a sturdy object like a structural column or a tree trunk (so its great option for regular campers and backpackers). I snapped a photo of both sides of the poster that came with it so I can refer to it on my phone and don't have to carry the paper version with me. All in all a good find.

Everything worked great, the app is ok. Its not perfect but it works well. Just wish the piece you put on the door was metal. With everything packed up in the carry bag it's rather small . The manual was easy to understand. The band's you get are not elastic ,so you use your own weight to do the workout, the app better demonstrates this.

Great addition to my home gym! Easy to setup and an effective workout tool. I highly recommend for beginners who are getting into a routine. Nice quality gear that I expect to last me for awhile.

I bought these straps as soon as all the gyms closed down for the quarantine. I like to lift heavier weight so I never thought I could get a good workout with straps but my mind has been changed. There are now some exercise I prefer to do with the straps over free weights. The quality of the straps is also very good and they hold my full bodyweight (200 lbs) without a problem.

The system was easy to set up and get started - I also got the TRX X-Mount so I had something safe to attach this to. The straps are well made and solidly constructed. The design makes it easy and quick to adjust the strap to various lengths. I don't have a six-pack and gigantic biceps yet...but I was advised that I actually have to use it for that to happen. Kinda disappointed about that.

Purchased after using a TRX system at physical therapy. I use this to do squats for leg strength. Easy to use. I can hang it right over my closet door and it doesn't take up any space.

TRX is great to have in general. I recommend for everybody who likes to stay active to have a TRX set. You can hang it anywhere, indoor or outdoor and do a wide variety of exercises using your own body weight and adjust the intensity as you go making it harder or easier for yourself. I also recommend having someone show you how to use it properly if you are a beginner in the exercise world or elderly. However if you are young and in decent shape, you will have fun and it will be easy to figure out. Watch your form! This is not a commercial grade TRX, it is a bit thinner but it will do the job. If you are getting one for your gym then I would definitely recommend paying a bit extra and getting the TRX that is made for commercial use.

What a great workout tool, , And you can take it and use it anywhere I got a great deal on it and it came quickly, I would recommend the TRX to anybody who wants a great work out

I call my set TRX Lite. It's constructed like the TRX equipment in health clubs, but it not as heavy-duty. This set makes it easy to use your own body weight to strength train at home, or you can take it with you when you travel. It comes with its own bag, but I found the bag a bit too small so I put the set in a zip-up travel bag. The anchor allows you to attach the straps at the top or sides of a door so that you can put it where you need it. I think it's a great, affordable set and is particularly good when you don't have access to weights.

I like it and it works for me. Perfect for exercising at home and convenient.
