Customer Ratings & Reviews

We recently picked up the Turtle Beach wired gaming headset for our family gaming setup, and it’s been an absolute win in our house. Our kids are almost teenagers, so they’re very opinionated when it comes to gaming gear—and they genuinely love these headsets. The sound quality is impressive for the price: clear audio, strong bass, and no issues hearing teammates or in-game details. The mic is crisp and reliable, which has made online play and communication smooth and frustration-free. Comfort was another big factor for us, and Turtle Beach really delivered—these are lightweight, well-padded, and comfortable enough for longer gaming sessions without complaints. What really stands out is the build quality. These feel sturdy and well-made, not flimsy or cheap, which is huge when kids are involved. The wired connection is simple and dependable, making them easy to use across multiple consoles and our PC without constant troubleshooting. Overall, this was a great addition to our family gaming setup. High-quality sound, comfortable design, and kid-approved durability make this Turtle Beach headset an easy recommendation—especially for families with older kids who want real gaming gear that holds up.

The Turtle Beach gaming headset offers great sound clarity, a reliable mic for clear communication, and a lightweight design for extended comfort. The adjustable fit is convenient, and setup is simple. While the build could feel sturdier, the performance and price make it a solid choice for casual and competitive gamers alike.

Great headset for people on a budget! I have had this for about 6 months and it has treated me very well. No bugs, no issues with durability either which other people complained about. Overall amazing headset, would recommend.

Very effective on the listening side of thingsss! I love how good my mic works when playing with friends! Comfortable on my ears as well as not slipping off like my old ones! 10/10 must buyyy!! ;)))

Good quality sound for chat and gameplay. The headphones themselves are very snug and comfortable. I had a bit of trouble connecting the headphone jack at first but once i did it fit in perfect. The price is very economical but the headphones do not feel cheaply made.

Excellent product, the sound is amazing for Xbox, PS4,5 and Pc. for the a very low price compare to other expensive headsets. just what I expected, also great customer service. Very polite and professional.

The sound is very very crisp when playing games like call of duty MW2. The mic picks up your voice very well. In the end this headset is durable and light not heavy when wearing for long periods of time.

Good pair of gaming headphones for the average gamer. Good durability and audio quality for the price.

So far so good. I gave my boyfriend this for valentines day and so far its worked amazing. Sound quality is great and has a detachable mic. Works for xbox 1s. Pretty good price as well.

Amazing product especially for the price, sound quality is great and the mic works wonderfully. Only thing to note is pay attention when plugging the mic in, if the notches aren't lined up it'll fall out.

These are good and inexpensive. The sound quality isn't going to blow you out of the water but for the price, the sound quality is good. I prefer a good wireless set but in a pinch or if I couldn't afford a more expensive wireless set these are a great option.

good quality product with great cost benefit, but the bass is not so good. but overall quality is good.
