Not delighted
I ordered this and waited for two months - in the meantime the price changed (increased) and I couldn't cancel the order. Delivery was to the door (Covid) but I didn't double check everything completely - ARRIVED DENTED in the back - which I realized only after the fact. Couldn't get install since under the counter - but that was complicated by the fact that I needed to reverse the hinge and install a panel - the door doesn't hang exactly straight - and the fridge doesn't cool as well as the 25 year old one it is replacing...

What an incredible find at Best Buy
Finding this refrigerator was very difficult. Best Buy would not have been one of the places that I would have checked for the item in. Here we go. Best Buy had exactly what we needed, easy purchase great timely delivery. Great removal of the old refrigerator. So so grateful that you are so close to me and have the items that we truly need.

Customer Deception
The $1700 refrigerator developed ice and began to leak approximately 2 1/2 wks after purchase. I called the store and was told the return policy is w/in 14 days of purchase. That was never shared and is in fine print!
