Our UEi High Accuracy Clamp Meter celebrates America’s 250th anniversary with this sleek black commemorative edition. The high accuracy clamp meter is designed for HVAC/R professionals who require high accuracy for low amp applications making it ideal for variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems, variable frequency drives (VFD), inducer motors for gas furnaces, mini-splits, and HVAC control boards or components. The HAC features wireless capabilities to a free app UEI HUB for remote testing, an ergonomic over-molded grip, backlit dual display, built-in test lead storage, worklight, and a versatile magnetic hanger strap for hands-free testing. In addition to the essential HVAC testing functions, the HAC offers an easy-to-use Power Factor measurement feature to help determine equipment’s power usage and is safety rated at CATIV 600V / CATIII 1000V and certified by ETL to IEC 61010-1, 3rd edition. Our High Accuracy Clamp meter includes a set of silicone test leads, threaded alligator clips, threaded back probes, K-Type thermocouple, and a redesigned larger padded case that allows you to leave your test leads plugged in when storing the meter.

This versatile digital multimeter accurately measures AC/DC voltage, DC current, resistance, and diode, making it a useful tool for solving industrial and household electrical issues such as household outlets, fuses, batteries (including vehicles), automotive circuit troubleshooting, charging systems, and testing electronics in cars. Please note that incorrect operations may cause the meter not to show results: first, the test lead plugs may not be fully inserted or may be inserted into the wrong sockets; second, the manual rotary switch may not be in the correct position. Also, this meter cannot test all AC current or AC voltage below 100mV, so be sure to check the user manual carefully before measurement. For troubleshooting with accuracy, the multimeter has a sampling speed of 2 times per second, a backlit LCD display with 3½ digits (1999 count, 0.6 inches), and high polarity indication including negative and positive readings. Safety is ensured by a double fuse that is anti-burn and protects against overloading, plus a silicone cover that protects the meter from fall damage and prevents electric shocks; a low battery indication is displayed when battery power is low. Ease of use features include data hold, auto shutoff, continuity buzzer, and an LCD backlit screen for dimly lit areas. Batteries, a set of test leads, and a user manual are included.
