Out of all the things EA could have done to improve on UFC 2, they redesigned the striking system that was perfectly fine. Terrible grappling and clinch controls? Great! Let's revamp the one solid aspect of the previous game. Ground controls remained untouched and are still confusing and unresponsive. The striking system makes this more akin to fighting games like MK or SF with the combo inputs. If you dig that kind of thing then you'll probably like this. But it felt like a step back from a very solid striking experience 2 years ago. Career mode is terrible with absolutely zero depth. All the added bells and whistles get old after about 2 hours of gameplay and you realize you're slogging through the same old garbage as usual. Nothing exciting here.

This game not only looks good, it plays amazing, it's the most realistic fighting game I believe that has ever been made, it's so smooth and incredibly hard when playing on harder leaves for more realistic play, it's simply amazing, great game and I highly recommend it to any UFC fan or any fighting fan in general

Fun to play as favorite athletes. You can also create your own character in career mode which is fun because you get to pick fighting styles and learn new moves and rank the player you made up by training him and fighting in new challenges.

No big complaints from me. Game recently got a patch that makes footwork so much better. Standup is more fun than the ground game, but both are great. I love creating random tournaments, not a big online player

This version is like if you had a potato... everyone said ohhhh when this new potato comes out it’s going to be the best potato you’ve ever had! But it’s still just a potato. Luckily, you like potatoes.

Hey guys, I got UFC 3 a few days ago and it's really cool. It's take awhile to learn the buttons but once you do it's really fun.

Graphics are perfection on the One X. Game can be quite hard as you go on in the career! Perfect fighting game for any UFC Fan!

If you haven’t tried this then you are missing out. Needs roster upgrades like madden though.
