Q: Will Best Buy install the new battery in my I phone?
A: If they can, have them do it! It was a nightmare. I ruined my phone trying to do it myself. Had to get a new phone.

A: Yes. I got those tools in the package. But I also needed a suction cup to open the phone up after removing the screws. Every DIY video I found for this job says use a suction cup. I used one that I had around the house that was from a sun catcher on a window or for hanging a hook on bathroom tile.
