I had previously tried ordering a replacement battery for my Galaxy S4 through another seller on EBay, and my phone wouldn't stay charged for longer than a couple hours. I was worried that there was something wrong with my phone! I decided to give it one last try and order this battery from Best Buy, and my phone is able to hold a charge like new again! Thanks Best Buy!

It's hard to get excited about a new battery but this one gets the job done and works well with my Samsung Galaxy s4

This is the second battery replacement I have purchased for my Galaxy s4. The original battery as well as the 1st replacement bubbled. Apparently this was a known issue but samsung refused to replace the battery so I was forced to purchase it on my own. This battery came charged about 50% and lasts well into the 2nd day on one charge so far. Very pleased with this replacement. Hoping it doesn't begin to bubble later as the others did.

The battery has performed perfectly so far. It charged up readily and lasts as long as my original battery.

New battery is holding up better. Sound and picture quality have improved.

My phone was behaving erratically. Rebooting often or shutting down. Bought new battery in hopes of fixing the problems. No odd behavior since replacing the battery. Very happy.

Performing as expected thus far. Not a spectacular charge holding battery, but it's better than the cheaper knock off battery I purchased last time. Only had for couple weeks, so let's see in a year about performance.

You have to let it fully drain to zero. then charge to 100% And discharge to zero three times before the battery is operational. this catch the fluid moving. and you should have no more problems

Look it does the job, but the original part is better.

So far so good, it held charge longer than my original replacement OEM. I've allowed it drain completely then recharge a few times(kinda like a break in period). Will order some more as I've clinged on to the S4 for so long, no need to upgrade.

Very pleased with the battery life. The phone is now like new.

I was having a big problem with my old battery shorting out my phone. Before I spent hundreds of $$$$$ I figured I would try a new battery. The replacement battery I ordered from BestBuy works great! Lasts at least 24 hrs. Great product !!!!!

I have purchased batteries from others on a number of occasions. This one is showing better promise from the very beginning. This is the best one I've bought.

This battery works just as good as the original. Was glad to find this battery before my original stop holding a charge. Price was right. Saved me from having to buy a new phone.

While not as long lasting with a charge as the oem camera battery, this works well when you original battery fails. Seems like a good buy for the price.

It is now just over 11 months since I ordered this battery and it is losing power rapidly. I'm not using high-drain apps and am having to recharge at 2:30pm because it's at 16%. This is not a good battery and the name "UltraLast" is a mockery -- it should be "UltraLast-NOT".
