I bought this battery online from Best Buy, based on sales support advice over the phone and directions from the support person to schedule a visit with Geek Squad for installation. I received the battery, made an appointment with Geek Squad, and visited the store today for my appointment. The tech person was very knowledgeable and professional, but my Moto phone is a sealed system, and Geek Squad does not open sealed phones for battery replacements. Why did sales support not know this? Good news is that BB gave a complete refund for the purchase.

I'm giving this a 5 because I love Best Buy. I'm giving me a zero for ordering the wrong size battery.
