Item did not match parts list and instructions to attach keyboard tray could not be followed. Desk raises and lowers with extreme difficulty and stays put maybe 60% of the time. 40% of the time one side or the other (sometimes both) starts to sag. I am going to return it and go back to balancing a monitor on a pile of books.

Been thinking about converting to a standing desk for a long time, and when we move to working from home completely I made the switch. Has done wonders for my back. This product serves its purpose, although at 5-3, I probably could have gone with the lower end model that only elevates 1 level. This unit doesn't work quite right in that it seems to lock at a slightly unlevel position, but otherwise works fine

Got it for my wife for work. She loves it. Work just the way it says.

Good price but the quality of the joints are very poor. Easy to break like my case.
