A standing desk converter typically consists of a platform or work surface that’s big enough for a computer monitor, keyboard, and mouse. The surface size is part of what makes it different than a standalone monitor mount or stand, which while often adjustable is only large enough to hold a monitor or laptop. A standup desk converter is usually adjustable in height, allowing you to raise or lower the platform to a comfortable standing position.
