It looks very clean and great. It is easy to handle and you can store enough bottles.

The team arrived within the installment window. They were very professional, and you can tell this was not their first rodeo! They came in, ensured the unit was installed in my space correctly, and ensure operability. They were in and out!

Has been nothing but a hassle since I first started this purchase. Missed delivery and install times, and when it did arrive the first one was damaged and the second one is also is not correct. I have spent hours trying to get this resolved on the phone and in person at the store.

We appreciate your feedback. It's always frustrating when an appointment is not up to standards. While our goal is to always ensure that our customers are appropriately taken care of and feel like they are in the right hands, it seems like that may not have been the case here. We’d like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, delay, or burden you may have faced. This wine cooler is so quiet and attractive. The specs said it holds 53 bottles. We did not expect that to be accurate since we have found similar claims on other wine refrigerators to be inaccurate - holding several bottles less than they claimed it could. However, this refrigerator does hold 53 bottles, including the fatter bottles such as for pinot noir. We did not want a dual zone since we drink mostly reds. When you open the door, a light comes on so you can see what you have. The display is easy to change. You don't have to master anything techy. The wine shelves are very sturdy. So far we are very satisfied with our purchase.

This is a good refrigerator. The drawers dont glide shut like my Kitchen Aid that I had before, however it looks & works great

This is the best alternative to a dish washer. Since moving in our home we've had space for a dish washer. After looking around and much consideration we thought getting an under the counter beverage refrigerator would be the best thing to have in our home. We couldn't be more happier. Since most of the time we look in our fridge for a drink or like to keep well stocked with drinks. I highly recommend this appliance instead of a dish washer. It was easy to install and looks beautiful.

A 53-bottle wine cooler that actually holds 53 bottles including larger sized wine bottles. Since it will reside in our combination living room / dining room it had to be something that would display well in addition to be very functional. The roll out drawers make it very easy to search & find a bottle of wine. Very well built. It's hard to imagine that I could've found anything better in this price range.

Very noisy. Ice is crystalized.Requires a pump for excess which creates a lot of noise. Mu last unit was higher end and i should have waited for a better performing appliance.

Good wine 2 zone cooler with wire shelving shown in more expensive wine coolers. Temps are good for both red and whites. Nice lighting.

Some confusion in scheduling / coordinating haul-away of old, defunct cooler and delivery of the new appliance. - In the end, this was resolved surprisingly smoothly. The first impression of the design of the new wine cooler is positive, however, its performance over the long run remains to be seen.

I have to give the "experience" an F-grade, as our very expensive, newly purchased ice maker from KitchenAid has not worked longer than two days since it was installed on May 5th. Hottest summer on record, and we're so lucky to have no ice to use at this time. The installers should have noted that under cabinetry we had an in-line water filtration system that was installed by prior owners back in 1995 so first techs that came to repair said that I had to hire a plumber to replace that (they couldn't). Then after dumping another $400 to the plumber's work, it still is not working! We're in over $2,700 in this new appliance, and it has not worked for more than 48 hours consecutively to our great sadness. PLEASE HELP US BEST BUY and make sure your customer service and satisfaction are truly up to snuff here! If this coming Tuesday's 2nd repair guy cannot get us up and running, then we will need a FULL REPLACEMENT of this bad "lemon" of an appliance. Thanks.

Quiet and attractive appliance whether installed under the counter or in the open. Although it cost more than the competition, the shelves are cleverly designed to accommodate larger wine bottles without sacrificing capacity.

They were ahead of schedule which was great but they installed and left in such a hurry that they did not leave any paperwork for us to sign or even get the serial number off the back of the unit before they put it in the cabinet and now I cannot retrieve the serial # for the registration.

Nice people installing. After they left, no ice. They turned on the water hose, however the unit was not started. After i discovered the error, 24 hr. later water was building. My sons came home, and found the water hose was crimped in 2 places. They fixed the problem and now I have ice!
