Working from home , i needed a trendmill that could be used while working and recently got this . So far i really like it . It was easy to install, just needed to connect the power cord and add battery to the remote. Does not make much noise , very quiet . Can be easily moved around using the front wheels but need at least 2 person to lift it. I keep it under the desk most times but can be kept under the bed as well . Overall very happy with it and would definitely recommend.

I bought it on July 15, 2024 and I called the month I needed to change it since the belt is going to one side, I use it and it is wearing out, I fell, I sent photos I did not feel safe, they told me at Best Buy that I had to call the company directly, they did not offer insurance at the time of purchase, I wrote to the company, they answered me they told me to send photos and the machine number, I sent them to them and to this day they have not said anything, I do not give a star and a lot for this product, I do not know how Best Buy does that with those companies that do not care about the customer.

I was super excited to receive this and keep using everyday. It’s very quiet and can fit under my bed. It doesn’t weight much so it can moved to every room in the house with no problem since it was wheels on the front. The control is small on a lanyard that is used to control speed and pause when in use. My only fear you be to misplace the control and there isnt another way to control the machine. It’s long enough to put a desk over the walking pad and have enough room to walk comfortably while working. Even my kiddos loved walking on the lowest speed and watching TV. No assembly required beside plugging it in and putting the battery in the control. Comes with instructions, oil, tool.
