Product was defective right from the start

I bought this fan after looking at several models and styles, and liked what I saw, but when I received it and opened the box, I noticed, as I was pulling things out of the box, that the wires for the light were loose, but the booklet shows that there is a white connector that those wires are supposed to be pressed into that allows you to plug it to the light fixture, so that connector is tiny and evidently very delicate the connector was no where to be found inside the box
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
