Hard to mount, works so far

It took two adult men and some sweat to install this thing, heed the warnings in the reviews that three installers is recommended. Additionally, the mounting scheme is very inflexible and a poor design (single two wood screws on either end, 114” apart). Mounting to beams, joists, studs, etc is required for how heavy this thing is yet if your studs aren’t perfectly spaced for this product you will need to install an interface block(s) first, which we found cumbersome, visually unappealing, and frustrating. The screen is prone to a little warping at the edges, but it has not been super noticeable. The motor is working as intended, I like that the chosen drop setting is remembered each time for easy operation. It hasn’t failed yet but the motor seems like it may not hold up for a long life. There doesn’t seem to be an option for manual pulldown, which is disappointing for a product so expensive. If the motor goes, so does your home theater? The Bluetooth auto-engage feature has a USB device that plugs into your projector, but it seems this only works for Valerion projectors. No integration with other brands, so that is a useless function for our setup. None of this was mentioned in the product description and should be. Do your research on other options before buying this one.
