New York City based Relic Records was home to one of the largest treasure troves of vintage doo-wop, vocal harmony and early rhythm and blues in America. Relic, aside from having their own in-house tag, was home to various classic independent record labels from around the country that were instrumental in defining the sound of doo-wop and it's associated forms.
