Flagler Street, is an east-west street that begins in Downtown Miami, Florida in the Central Business District. The street is named after the founder of Miami, Henry Flagler, and is the baseline that divides all the streets on the Miami-Dade County grid plan from north and south. This historic recording was made by Cuban immigrants who settled in the area following the Cuban embargo in 1959.
