Ruggiero Ricci is recognized to have greatly contributed to the world's renewed appreciation and affection for the great 19th century composers, though he maintained a broad repertoire including over 50 concertos with orchestra. Ricci has performed the world premieres of several contemporary composers including Gottfried von Einem, Richard Flury, Urs Joseph Flury, Vittorio Giannini, Alberto Ginastera, Alexander Goehr, Gail Kubik, Benjamin Lees, Gerard Shurmann and Carlos Veerhoff. His official discography encompasses the widest repertoire of any violinist. This six-album set presents live and studio recordings, ranging from 1951 to 1978, including some rarities, never recorded commercially, like the Ginastera Violin Concerto, Emile Jaques-Dalcroze Violin Concerto, and Paganini Violin Concerto No. 6.

The garden is a magical place to spend a day, and this playlist of cultivated classical pieces is the perfect accompaniment to working amid the ? owers and foliage. Hear the sun rise in Grieg's exquisite Morning Mood from Peer Gynt, waltz among the ? owers with Tchaikovsky and watch the sparkling Fountain Dance with Elgar before drifting into the Haze of Noon with Alwyn. In the afternoon, shelter from the shower with Debussy and listen to the Birds in the High Hall Garden, exquisitely brought to life by Julian Lloyd Webber, before Gibbs' Dusk falls.

There have been rumors about a possible vinyl of InchForced EntryInch for years, so some people begand to doubt that it would ever happen. Ram's singer Oscar Carlquist explains why the publication took so long InchBecause we could not agree with our partly owned tag 'Black Path Metal Recordings'. Forces within that tag did not want to press it on vinyl for economic reasons and not sell the rights to it either. We always wanted a vinyl since we are vinyl fanatics. This time it worked out, thanks to AFM and High Roller.Inch So where is the main difference between InchForced EntryInch and InchLightbringerInch? Oscar Inch'Lightbringer' has some different dimensions to it that 'Forced Entry' did not have. It shows more facets of the sound. We try to do something different for every album and work with new concepts for every new song we make. I love both albums and I can't say that one is better than the other. I am just happy to be part of a band with such talented songwriters and musicians.Inch Ram being such a busy live act, of all the bands they have played with, which one did they like most? Oscar reflects InchI suppose you mean which bands Ram have shared stages with. That's a hard question, but Raven really blew me away when we played with them in Holland. I also loved the most recent shows we did with U.D.O, when they played 'Midnight Mover' at the soundcheck in Gävle. It gave me the goosebumbs so bad that I started to cry. U.D.O still has it, no doubt.Inch One of Ram's longterm aims is being able to live off their music InchAbsolutley, we have no intention of making this some ultra underground cellar project. Don't get me wrong I love the underground, being part of
