Producer Andy Zax says he, sound producer Brian Kehew and mastering engineer Dave Schultz avoided interfering with the tapes as much as possible in order to preserve their authenticity. InchIt's not surprising that other producers' first reaction to these tapes over the years has been 'uh-oh,' immediately followed by 'we've gotta find a way to fix this.' I'm not unsympathetic to that approach, but if there's a single overriding lesson that Brian Kehew and I have learned since we began working with the Woodstock tapes in 2005, it's this you can't fix them... That's less grim than it seems, because once you've accepted the idea that there is no way to make these recordings sound slick, you realize that these tapes are the sonic equivalent of heirloom tomatoes - slightly imperfect, but delicious.Inch Album Tracks DISC 1 1. Double 180gm vinyl LP pressing in a gatefold jacket with 12Inch x 12Inch insert. Featuring the original red background and black graphics album art. Songs for the Deaf is the third studio album by Queens of the Stone Age, originally released on August 27, 2002. Features Dave Grohl of Nirvana and Foo Fighters on drums, alongside other guest musicians, and was the last Queens album to feature Nick Oliveri on bass. Songs for the Deaf is a loose concept album, taking the listener on a drive through the California desert from Los Angeles to Joshua Tree, tuning into radio stations from towns along the way such as Banning and Chino Hills. Prequelle follows Ghost's third studio album, Meliora, and it's accompanying EP Popestar, which elevated the Swedish rock band into the pantheon of the greatest rock bands on earth and resulted in a Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance. Prequelle delves into the plague, the apocalypse, and dark ages. Ghost was formed in Linköping, Sweden in 2006. The band is easily recognizable owing greatly to it's eccentric on-stage presence. Five of the group's six members, it's 'Nameless Ghouls,' wear virtually identical, face-concealing costumes. The most distinguishable member is it's vocalist, called Papa Emeritus, who wears a prosthetic mask of skull face paint and appears as what can be described as a Inchdemonic anti-Pope.Inch Album Tracks 1. Limited vinyl LP repressing in gatefold jacket. Off the Wall is the fifth solo studio album by Michael Jackson. It was released on August 10, 1979, following Jackson's critically well-received film performance in The Wiz. While working on that project, Jackson and Quincy Jones had become friends, and Jones agreed to work with Jackson on his next studio album. Recording sessions took place between December 1978 and June 1979 at Allen Zentz Recording, Westlake Recording Studios, and Cherokee Studios in Los Angeles, California. Jackson collaborated with a number of other writers and performers such as Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder and Rod Temperton. Five singles were released from the album.
