It can be individually adjusted to just the size you want with its roll closure and is absolutely watertight. An inner compartment with small zip mesh pockets ensures clear organization. The bike bag is attached to the rear gear rack with the QMR 2.0 system and a sturdy back panel. Just pull the strap connecting the two hooks to conveniently open the system. The system can be secured with a small lock (such as the TSA Lock, not included). It can be easily adjusted with a dial and is completed by the fully adjustable lower rail hook.
