I've had this phone for 2 years and never had issues with it even after I dropped it in water. I really love this phone but I need more storage. Great phone, would recommend to anyone

phone would not turn on. after numerous phone calls, a visit to the verizon store and then finally a visit to the best buy at the mall. best buy took my old sim card and put it in the new phone. it finally turned on. so I'm guessing my new sim card is malfunctioning. phone is nice.

I wanted to like this phone. The price was low and the size was perfect. The down side was the memory options. The device has a memory card slot for expanded storage. The down side is that this model unlike other Samsung Devices, cannot store apps on the memory card. They are force installed and downloaded directly to the device with no way of moving them over. This along with the already installed apps made the device really slow which put the processor into over drive which also made apps crash. This also caused the battery to drain tremendously. If I could give no stars, I probably would. Stick with the Samsung Galaxy series devices. Best Buy usually has a great deal on those also with less cons.

Like the clearness of text and pictures. Display is larger and easier to see. Charge of phone lasts longer than my last. Still learning about pone. Little large for pocket.

This phone is worse that the previous model. After 1&1/2 months my operating memory is almost used up. I can only charge the phone when off or connected to a laptop and it is slow. Im surprised.

The phone is excellent for the price. It is very versatile and it works well.

The phone as it turns out i find to be a standard phone. Even with 5g its really slow. The photos are blurry no matter how still you are. It does have some nice features if youre not in a hurry. The phone matches the price. Could be slow because of the service.

I got this phone for my sister as a birthday present. I purchased online and she picked it up in the store. It's so much better than her old phone. The pictures are clearer and so are all of our converstions.

This phone is just exactly what I needed. the sound, functions, camera are all wonderful.
