Lost procuct

This Product lost in mail. so I am not happy. I had to waste almost 18+ total hours on it. track ,find in nebeghourhood, ask call bestbuy ,call seller,call fedex...and what not. My fault , I bought from Bestbuy. Amazon would do better in this case.

Its a nice beginner key board. Great for kids and portable. My 14 year old has enjoyed playing this. The caring case is great from travel and storage.
