This sheet metal brake can easily bend metal sheets up to 48 in wide with bending angles ranging from 0° to 135°, ideal for medium to large-scale workpieces in mid-sized sheet metal fabrication plants.
Versatile Material Compatibility
Our box and pan brake supports a variety of materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum. It can efficiently bend 16 gauge (1.5 mm) mild steel sheets.
Modular Bending Dies
Equipped with 16 segment fingers (2" x 5pcs, 3" x 6pcs, 4" x 5pcs), the sheet metal bender allows for customizable bending to handle complex projects like electrical enclosures, instrument housings, and ventilation ducts.
Effortless and Stable Operation
The metal bending machine features a single balancing hammer for secure clamping, reducing the force needed for bending and improving work efficiency. The pre-drilled holes at the base allow for easy mounting on a workbench or floor.
Easy Operation
It is easy to operate the aluminum brake bender. Simply lift the clamping handle, place the sheet metal, and lower the handle to secure it. Then, slowly raise the lever to the desired angle. Angle adjustments are manual, and keep in mind that all metal bending will experience springback (e.g., for a 90° bend, set the angle to 92°).
