Featuring a top-brand compressor, this blast freezer accelerates cold air circulation for rapid freezing. Hot foods can quickly drop from 194℉/90℃ to 37.4℉/3℃ within 90 minutes, and in blast freeze mode, temperatures can decrease from 194℉/90℃ to -0.4℉/-18℃ within 240 minutes. With a spacious capacity of 32 L / 1.1 Cu.ft, it is suitable for high-end seafood restaurants, Western dining establishments, central kitchens, and more.
