I ordered this fan online and the seller failed to put my complete address on the shipping label. FedEx had difficulty delivering it to me because of that. Once I got the item and started putting it together I found that a couple of key pieces were missing. I had to return it to the store and I did not get a replacement because I feared the sane thing would happen with the new item
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
