On the suggestion of a Best Buy associate, I purchased this software to copy a large number of LP records of 40-50 years ago. Following the directions in setting up the phonograph and computer and attaching the enclosed tools needed, I was able to copy at least 80 of the LPs easily over the next two weeks.

On my now unreliable Vista Computer I had a product made by XITEL called "Inport Delux", which I used to convert LP's to CD's. I purchased this product, "VIDDBOX", for my Windows 10 Computer. It has two types of recording. One is simple but only allows you to create MP3 Files. So I needed to use the more complex version to get the WAV files i wanted. Neither approach has an automatic sound level control which my XITEL product did. This necessitates playing each LP twice. Once to get the sound level and again to make the recording. The noise reduction feature is in place during recording but does not remove "pops and ticks". I have to use a free program called "Audacity" to do that. So I find this product useful, but like anything else, as technology moves forward we need to adjust to it.

Yes. Take those old records and cassettes off the shelf and easily convert them to MP3, WAV or Audio CD's. With easy to install software and hardware that connects to your original playing device (cassettes/record player/8 track). Then you can save to your music service or burn a new cd. A true game changer. So start enjoying all those nostalgic songs from the past, again!

This audio recorder has been great. I didn't know what I could do with favorite old cassette recordings until I found this and was able to transfer old cassettes to CD's.

Works advertised, easy to use, no problems encountered.

It record just fine but it doesn't give any.controll or the tweaking of the sound

So easy to use but make sure you have a good devise for playback. This unit does the job, gives you good file quality options, but again I need to have a good playback devise.

This was moderately easy to use and it allowed me to copy a cassette to a CD although I used a special audio editing software to ultimately create the CD

This product does what it advertises. Overall very satisfied.

It was very easy to convert cassette tape to mp-3.

So far have not been able to get to work right, seems to only work on commercial recorded tapes, We were trying to transfer our kid’s recorded music recital’s but not recognized by software. If you record something it only works by using there software, kind of like they not own it, So would not recommend this for your own recordings.

good to try something different compare to other items out.
