After attempting to schedule a service appt in the Best Buy app, we finally gave up and went in to the Brentwood, TN location. Bounced around from virtual assistants to live assistants with atrocious results. Technician finally arrived a week later and could not install our new SuperBox S6. Not sure why i joined the annual support contract for $190 ?? Disappointed, Mike

2 guys Geek Squad, finally removed the wrong TV that was delivered and left on our floor by a 3rd party who could not speak English, After having to make many trips back to the store as customer service is no existent. The store does not answer the phone when we had many problems with our purchase. No personal help only AI. Not good. Never again. Your products you sell is only as good as your support when a problem arises. You do not have Customer Service. People who they have answering after AI with no help, are all over the world as we reached in California and then with no help reached next call given in the Philippines who didn’t know anything also no help. NO customer service. These people didn’t even know where we needed help. Delivery and service was finally fixed after having to physically make many trips back and forth to the store. Never again. If this is how Best Buy does business we are not buying anything from them again. Cost too much time and money to deal with no customer service when we need info locally. We will not return to purchase any product from Best Buy.

First geek squad visit delivered and set up TV to function with existing cable set up. They didn't explain that if I wanted any additional sports apps I would have to create an account with the manufacturer of the TV first. When I tried, it wouldn't accept my information, saying I was using the wrong format. Had to pay for a second geek squad visit to setup an account, but he set it up using my phone and now the TV.

I have a new living room setup and I was nervous about how it was going to work as my old setup I had for 10 years. I was walked through everything in great detail and I had a lot of questions. The Squad was able to walk me through it all several times and I felt confident after they left that I could adjust/tinker with it as needed. So far, I have not needed to as it was all set up the way I asked but if I need to, I'm confident I'll be able to.

Cancellation was requested from me , all the do I hang it or put it on your stand there are only two wires to connect worth while if you got other stuff to hook up to much money for me

The guys did an amazing job hooking up and setting up my TV and sound bar! They showed me how to use my TV and how to use my sound bar and how to find my apps that they downloaded for me! Exceptional service
