The best 2 techs showed up at my house to install my TV. They were friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable

I don't think I would have figured out how to get the streaming services to work without the demonstration by the geek squad. I didn't know I would need to use my laptop, phone, and tv to get one streaming service to work on the tv. I love my new tv and the placement on the wall. They showed me how to use the remote and how to access many of the features on the tv. They were very patient with me and spend ample time with their explanations. They treated me with much respect and were very professional.

Jose came to my house to help out with the installation of a PS5 game system and an issue with my home stereo. Jose was on time and did a great job addressing my problems. Thank you Jose.

I have had my Bravia 9 about 3 weeks, and I am really imprressed coming from OLED technology. This past Saturday, this TV came to life watching sports. Don't get me wrong, the IMAX capabilities on Sony Core and Disney+ are so amazing. Also the custom setups for Prime and Netflix raise the bar in picture quality on those services. I did defect from the Sony Speaker bar line for Sonos, and the pairing for that is exceptional

Arrived on-time. Good set up. Had helpful tips. Provided guidance on use of the product remote and the cable remote.

The service with Best Buy employees is super! They are very accommodating and ready to help. The TV has a beautiful picture and sound is great even without a sound bar. It has many apps available and is voice activated. What is really neat is the automatic on that shows the days weather and also has a place to leave memos.

Gregory and his coworker were very professional and skilled with the task at hand. Ensured everything was neatly placed, made suggestions to simplify for my 88 year old mom, tested, cleaned up area, and ensure the customer was satisfied before closing out the work order. Awesome job.

The Geek Squad let me know that they could set up the new TV with my current provider and my apps after the installation. I was extremely happy to pay for this add-on service. The Squad got the job done with expertise and efficiency and a pleasant attitude. Hats off to them and my gratitude for not having to spend hours trying to do it myself without the expertise :)

The technicians that came could not have been more efficient and had my system up and running in a reasonable time and it let me know that the computer that I already had was totally inefficient and I needed to select another one.

I appreciated the rep offering this service (which should have been offered by the sales rep). He did a great job of explaining and demonstrating the features on my new Roku tv. My complaint is that there are no written instructions to refer back to because we senior citizens do not always remember what we are shown and need a written reminder as a referral.

They did an excellent job fixing the problem. The first installer was wasn’t successful so this new installer came and quickly replaced the hdmi cable
