Vidgo Gift Card Subscriptions - Terms and Conditions
EFFECTIVE DATE: September 13, 2022- Vidgo offers gift card subscriptions (“Gift Cards”) for sale. By purchasing or redeeming a Vidgo Gift Card, you agree to these terms and conditions (these "Terms").
These terms require the use of mandatory and binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than, among other things, jury trials or class actions.
Legal Disclaimer
When Vidgo gift subscription balance is fully expended, access to Vidgo will end unless you provide another payment method, in which case you will be charged monthly for your subscription (plus applicable taxes and fees) until you cancel.
To cancel, visit “Account” page; any remaining balance of a redeemed Vidgo gift subscription will be forfeited upon cancellation.
Vidgo gift subscriptions may not be exchanged or used to offset any amount owed to Vidgo, cannot be resold and are not refundable or redeemable for cash, unless required by applicable law.
