Poor shipping

Haven't received product because it was shipped "signature required 21 or over". Unacceptable as this was not disclosed at time of purchase. Now that UPS has it, they won't leave it at my door or with my son, even when I speak directly with them over the Ring camera. There's nowhere else to leave a complaint, so I have to leave a poor review.
